Description:
Exclusively ours! We blogged about how much we love our Favaucanas a few years back and we were shocked by the overwhelming response, so we decided to breed them just for you!
We adore this designer breed for its many wonderful qualities: Extreme docility; sage-green, medium to large eggs; beautiful little muffs, beards, and lightly feathered feet, (some with five toes!). They have pea combs and profuse feathering for cold-hardiness. Their slender body size helps with heat-tolerance. Then, of course, their overall appearance, something like a blue or black hawk, simply turns heads.
Due to the genetics of the blue plumage color, these Favaucanas will hatch out with plumages of Blue or Black. Unfortunatly, we are unable to take requests for specific colors.
1/16th of Blue Favaucanas lay a light brown egg.
