Perfect Bucket Heater De-Icer

This simple, low-wattage water heater will keep up to 16 gallons of water ice-free, using only 80 watts! In our experience and testing here at MPC, we find it is best suited for no more than 5 gallons of water if the waterer is not insulated and protected from the elements.

This de-icer is thermostatically controlled, which means it will only kick "on" if needed. The heater arrives with a cord safety clip to keep the cord secure and out of the way, and it's safe for both plastic and metal pails.

Usage Tips:

• Do not use with an extension cord.
• There is not an on/off switch; the unit is always on, monitoring the temperature and/or heating, when plugged in.
• The perfect bucket heater MUST be placed in your bucket and submerged underwater at all times while it is in use!
